Fire/Flood Restoration Technician

We are seeking a full-time Fire/Flood Restoration Technician to respond to, service and monitor insurance loss projects in the Central Alberta area.
Do you strive to do your best work with like-minded people and have at least 1.5 - 2 years of full- time construction experience?

Physical Demands:

• Lift 50-75 lbs
• Climb on roofs, attics, and in crawl spaces
• Perform biohazard cleanups
• Handle varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance when on company business
• Wear necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) while on a job site

• Responding to emergency service calls both during and after business hours
• On-call required
• Performs fire, mold, and water damage restorations
• Help organize equipment and supplies in the warehouse
• Makes sure equipment is clean and properly functioning
• Operation and monitoring of drying equipment
• Customer service
• Creating job specific reports
• Communicate with company project managers
• Maintenance of vehicles, equipment and supply inventory


• General skills: Ability to communicate, use common sense, be polite, handle a fast-paced work environment, and handle stress
• Minimum of one year of Water Damage Mitigation experience preferred
• An IICRC WRT certification or ability to pass the test
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to learn new technical skills
• Good driving record/Valid Driver’s Licence
• Clean Criminal Record
• Professional appearance and great attitude
• Possess solid written and oral communication skills
• Must work well in a TEAM environment
