We are looking for project management professionals who can help our Project Managers meet our contractual obligations and financial goals for ground-up construction, building renovation, tenant improvement projects and all other losses related to insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Determine the cause of loss and likelihood of insurance coverage; assess emergency services required; coordinate emergency services through in-house staff and sub-trades
• Complete thorough and accurate emergency/repair estimates within stated timelines 
• Estimate insurance and other restoration/renovation jobs as received using Xactimate
• Respond to emergency service calls
• Maintain existing relationships with insurance adjusters
• Develop new insurance adjuster contacts and relationships
• Manage emergency services and repair work through completion using sub-trades and in-house staff
• Manage customer (adjuster/homeowner) relationships through job completion
• Maintain complete, timely and accurate job documentation

• Accept additional responsibilities as mandated by management 3-4 years experience as an Estimator / Project Manager for an Insurance Restoration company 
• Manage projects to completion ensuring quality standards, timelines, and job cost projections are met
• Create a repair schedule for each job
• Ensure complete documentation of jobs and communication with adjusters, homeowners, and sub-trades
• Understand and execute all insurance claim jobs as per the stated SLA (service level agreement) indicated by each insurance company
• Ensure complete water damage documentation in every water loss file
• Proactively respond to all customer (adjuster/homeowner) complaints and resolve as soon as possible
• Maintain safe and tidy work sites
• Contact and develop new sub-trades as required
• Respond and attend after-hours calls on a scheduled rotation basis
• Communicate all potential problems/opportunities to management as identified
• Attend scheduled production meetings
• Attend training courses as scheduled by management
• Ensure deductible receipts
• Carry company phone at all times (even when not on-call-excluding vacation)
